I ordered and installed the new toner cartridges and turned on my printer. After cycling through the warm-up I got and error message "Supply Memory Error". I tried to re-install the toner cartridges, turn the printer on and off. The FAQ sheet said to try removing the cartridges, turn off the printer and re-install the toner after 2 minutes. I tried all of these things 3 different times, but still could not get the printer to work. I replaced my old toner cartridges into the machine and it began working again.I am returning these to the seller.After returning the cartridges I received a message from Kirsten at customer service. She indicated that HP had updated their software on the printers which caused the "Supply memory error" message. She said they had now updated their new cartridges to be compatible with my printer and offered to send me a new set.I received them this week, installed them in my printer and they now are working perfectly. I appreciate Kirsten following up with me and making sure I was taken care of.

I ordered these toner refills for my HP m281cdw. I had an issue with compatibility with the first set I received (HP compatibility issue). Upon reaching out to Shidono, they promptly made my situation right, and now although my printer reminds me on the touch screen that these aren't "Genuine HP products", it prints and even displays toner level on my computer and the printer touchscreen. Print quality is on par with the OEM HP toner cartridges so far. They are noisier than the OEM units (they make more noise when printing), but I'm happy to tolerate a bit of noise given the money I saved by not buying the OEM HP cartridges. I highly recommend these toner cartridges and Shidono for their excellent customer service.UPDATE - Shortly after installing the cartridges, I've noticed several print quality issues. Firstly, the black fades as you get to the right edge of the page, sometimes so much that you cannot see / read to the edge. Secondly, the cyan / blue sometimes prints blobs all over the edge of the page, even when there is no cyan in the document. Although their customer service is excellent, I'm downgrading my review to 3 stars due to spotty print quality.

It's hard for me to review this product. HP updated the firmware in my printer (a feature I've since deactivated) and so the toner didn't work (if the microchip on the cartridge doesn't match what the firmware wants, the printer won't recognize the cartridge). The company was extremely helpful when I notified them of the problem and they'll be contacting me when they have cartridges released compatible with the updated firmware. So 3 stars for excellent customer responsiveness and anything more will have to wait until I have updated cartridges.

It does show that it is not HP brand, but functions like the OE. The toner levels seem accurate based on the print counts. I plan to buy this brand again in the future. I just wish they sold a pack with two black cartridges since I run through that much faster.

A friend told us about the cartridges, we trust his judgement and went ahead and ordered from this site. Couldn't be happier. Cartridges are so expensive from retail stores, felt good about this purchase.

The instructions were clear and the cartridges fit perfectly. The print quality is as good as the HP ones were.

WARNING. These cartridges do not work and made my printer inoperable. I spent several minutes with an HP support tech to get my printer to work again and the only thing that did was going back to HP toner. First message on printer is not recognizing the cartridge and then got a door open message that would not go away. I wish I had not purchased these cartridges.

Purchased these instead of paying for the official HP toner for my HP MFP M281cdw. Easy to install, although a little messy (removal of the protective tape released a bit of toner into the air so would not recommend changing these out while wearing a white shirt). So far, so good printing-wise. Quality is on par with more expensive toner. Will probably purchase again.
