Are these fat soluble? Can I use them to color pure cocoa butter?

I am going to use this to color some cocoa butter to use for chocolate molds. Do you have any advice on how much to add to the cocoa butter or would it be a drop at a time and see for myself? Does the cocoa butter have to be tempered before adding the coloring?

Are there other allergen ingredients? (Beside the gluten and nuts that it does not contain?) Perhaps soy, seasame? egg? corn? dairy?

No,there aren't. But to be honest, I don't like this color. It's not a nice red.
