With that being said it is perfect for that use only. The pads are small and flimsy and should not be used for anything more than a small nerf ball. Knee hockey is a fun little indoor game using a small 2'x2' net so you wouldn't want the pads to be any bigger than what you receive with this set. It keeps the game fun and competitive.
