Excellent resource. Pitched to younger students, but easily adaptable to high school.

Whether you're new to teaching playwriting or have lots of creative writing teaching experience, you will find something worthwhile in this book which is a terrific resource to use in the classroom. I've used it for students between the ages of 10-18. Exercises easily adaptable depending on the maturity/level/age of the students. Author shows you different options in how to use this book - students writing plays on own, students writing plays in small groups, and students writing plays in a large classroom setting - and the book, itself, is very well organized with great bonus materials. Such a terrific book!
