I've had one like this for years and it finally started to wear out. This was a fantastic replacement. It was a little more firm than I expected at first, but it started to soften just a tiny bit as I slept on it over a few nights. Plus, I feel like I'm getting better support long term from this one than my old one. The quilted cover is super soft, so when it starts to come out of my pillowcase it's still comfy. I haven't had to take off the quilted cover to wash it yet, but it looks like it won't be an issue. Great purchase, very happy with it overall.

I’m a side sleeper and have tried soo many pillows. I always had to pull the pillows sideways so I could support my face properly (the hubby did not appreciate this as it took up his side of the bed). The curve in this pillow takes that issue away. I will say it feels pretty firm at first but your head slowly sinks in while keeping the support. I love this pillow and it will be my pillow choice for life.

I have bought so many pillows, but this one provides support for my arthritic neck. This is also the preferred pillow for my daughter who had a traumatic neck injury. Its firm, but not too firm. The cutout area keeps it in place through the night and helps keep my neck from getting kinked in the night. We had one in the house and fought over it. The only thing I didn't like was that it had a weird smell at first, that went away.
