Size does matter!
This is the finest bread pan I've ever used. I initially purchased two of the 1lb pans and while they do their job, 1lb wasn't what I really wanted. To me, a standard, "sandwich loaf" would be the 1.5lb pan. The 1lbs are great for some applications like zucchini bread or banana-nut bread, but they're simply too small for a sandwich loaf. I revised my recipe up to 500g from 400g (and other ingredients, accordingly) of bread flour and it was perfect. Happy baking!

Excellent Product!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have the accompanying baking sheets and tey have held up under years of aggressive baking. This loaf pan is of the same dureable quality. Would order again!Quality:Very solid and heavy, perfect for loaves of sourdough!

Excellent pans
These are the only baking pans I will buy now. They are infinitely better than the cheaper versions, that always get scratched and rust. And I don't need any parchment paper when baking with these, they release that well. Sometimes I'll do a quick olive oil spray if there's a lot of eggs in the recipe, but I'm not even sure I really need that.

Love this loaf pan
I have hand me down loaf pans. I decided to retire a couple and get a replacement.I'm impressed. It's weight is heavier than I expected. It's going to last. Good size. The coating or finish is going to prevent rust.I like the finish and construction.

Great Banana bread pan
This has been a great bread pan. It is heavy and has worked great, we mainly use it for banana bread. We have had it for a few months and you can even tell that we have used it. It is perfect size for banana bread loafs.

Nothing ever sticks!
This pan is amazing for making bread. Nothing ever sticks and it's so easy to clean! I bought 4 bread pans total. I also bought a muffin pan and 2 sheet pans and they are amazing as well. If you're looking for non stick easy to clean pans, these USA pans are a must.

Change in pan weight?
I love these pans! Everything everyone else has said about them is true. The nonstick coating is amazing. They are made to last. One weird quirk I noticed though... I ordered a bulk amount of these direct from USA Pans and then added one pan from Amazon a few months later. The pan I bought through Amazon is 4 ounces heavier. When I do dishes I find myself dropping the newer pan regularly because it's just so much heavier than the rest of them. I plan on ordering a handful more for the upcoming market season but am nervous they will all be heavier. It doesn't seem like a big deal but doing dishes after baking for 15 hours, it is something you notice.

Worth it
Yes, they're a little pricey, but they're incredibly sturdy pans that make tall loaves (yeast bread in the 1 pound size) with nice square corners so you don't get those weird rounded bread heels.
