I've only used it once so far, but it performed perfectly. Being chord less makes it so much easier to use. Love it!

This is a simple, functional rechargeable trimmer with reasonable battery life, good motor power, a charging indicator, and (best of all) the ability to be rinsed under running water without being destroyed. I've been using it for a year now and it still works as it did when new. And no, I have not been doing the recommended routine maintenance/oiling. I use it without the plastic attachment, so I can't speak to that. But for freehand beard trimming, it's been great. My favorite trimmer that I've owned.

I use to own a Braun Shaver/Clipper for years. It lasted more than 10 years. Customer service even sent me a replacement attachment for free. The new Braun Cruzer 5 is a great improvement from the original. The dial for beard trimming is so much easier than its predecessor. Battery life is good for about four trims then needs recharging. That, of course, is about a week and a half or so, unplugged. So I guess that is understandable.

Got it today, it does the job, removed my hair and beard..What I did not like - it just died, without any warning red light or something, how am I supposed to know is it charged enough for a haircut.. It works so far, but needs low battery warning..The BRAUN webpage informs "An LED light warns of low battery and informs about charging status", which is not true, the manual says: "The pilot light shines permanently green provided the appliance is connected to an electrical outlet."

After my old clippers died I replaced them with these . .I have cut my own hair for 40 years and these clippers are so easy to use ,because of the sliding cut adjustment . My last clipper had individual height adjustment combs which were a pain to put on and remove. I have used this clipper to trim beard and mustache and cut my hair without any problems . Super good product!

I had the same razor since years. Have always one or two in spare. Love it!Tried so many different one in the past, but this is the one what i love.Use disinfection and cleaning oil( spay) after every use this keeps the bade in a great condition and the razor clean.

Started having problems with this clipper immediately. I followed the directions on how to charge it, then when it was ready, tried to use it. It died in about 5 seconds. I thought maybe the charger had slipped out & it wasn’t actually charged... so I let it charge overnight and tried again in the morning. Same thing.I have tried to charge this half a dozen times now and it always dies 5-10 seconds into my haircut. I have to keep it plugged in to use, which is difficult as the charging plug slips out very easily when I lift the clippers above my head. I ended up having to duct tape the plug in there so it will work. Even with that, the clippers still seem to lose power randomly during a cut, the motor grinding down to a halt and needing a minute to come back up to full speed. (By the way, I keep it cleaned carefully, in case that’s the problem. Has not made a difference.)Really regret buying this, but it’s pretty hard to find clippers right now due to everyone in the pandemic trying to order them... so I guess I’ll keep duct taping these. Ugh.

I am very much satisfied with the product especially the fixture, without that you cannot enjoy self cutting experience.

Never cut my own hair until I purchased the Brian Cruzer 5. It's wonderful and easy to use. Battery runs way over 40 minutes. The trimmer is light and simple to adjust the cutting length. Love it

This product worked very well, as advertised. The cordless aspect of it is very convenient. It holds its charge for weeks on end.
