Good thickness and fluffiness and filling capacity. I purchased the 16x16 size for the exact size 16x16 pillow cover. I’ve read advise to purchase a larger insert than the size of the cover but I was happy with the fullness of exact size insert to the pillow size. Sometimes I use poly fill to stuff into the pillow covers. It stays put and fills out the corners nicely.
