I purchased this product for my girlfriend while she was in Hawaii. She had a two week vacation there with family and friends and her phone would die fast every day because she was constantly taking pictures, catching up with friends, and talking to me. I purchased it a few days into her vacation and requested a faster delivery date. She received it there without any issues probably a week into her vacation. She was so happy to get it and I was so happy to be able to talk to her throughout her day. It was convenient enough that she could throw it in her purse or beach bag. It kept a charge great and she could have her phone charged throughout the day and not have to worry about it dying or having to find an outlet to charge it. She said it was a perfect style for her. Nothing too gaudy which matches her simple style. She said it was easy to charge and continues to use it after vacation. I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends if they ever worry about their phone dying on the go or they are on vacation and don't want to loose out on great memories.

Despite the fact that the wall charger portion is clearly labeled as having an output of 5v and 1A, when I connected it directly to an Android smartphone (without the battery portion), the phone indicated a battery status of being connected to USB. I tried this on another Android phone, and it also indicated the same thing. This indicates that the wall charger only outputs 0.5A when connected directly to devices (or at least Android smartphones), which means a much slower charge.I ended up returning this product as I was expecting the wall charger to be able to output 1A when connected directly to my phones, but I also wanted to mention my overall thoughts:Pros:- Small, compact size- It is neat that it comes with both a wall charger and battery for a low price (aside from my observation about the wall charger)- As advertised, it does appear to to be able to charge both its own battery pack and your connected device at the same time (although fairly slowly)- Battery pack automatically turns off when the phone is fully charged.- When connecting just the battery pack to my phones, the battery statuses indicate AC, meaning the battery pack can output 1A.Neutral:- All-plastic design feels a tiny bit cheap, but build quality seems reasonable.- I'm not sure, maybe the wall charger can output 1A when charging its own battery pack?Cons:- As mentioned, the wall charger only seems to output 0.5A when connected directly to a smartphone.

This has saved me a few times already doesn't take long to charge, a little bulky in a purse but very thankful for it my phone runs dead faster at times and a car charger just doesn't do enough in a 15 min drive this I plug in my phone while shopping or waiting at a Dr app for those times u know u wish you could charge it. Very thankful for it

I'm sure this charger does the job it says. However, I should have read the specifications more thoroughly before purchasing. With a portable charger, I'm looking for something that is light and not bulky. This charger was bulky and heavy. Sent it back in favor of a more on-the-go friendly alternative.

I've had this item for a couple of months now and am pretty disappointed with it. Description states that a full charge will be enough to charge an iPhone 5 twice. It barely charges my iPhone once. Description also states that it can be charged from a USB power source but I did not find this to be true even after trying it with several USBs. Remember to charge it after every use.

Great versatile phone charger! My only problem is the charge seems to be somewhat inconsistent sometimes I can get a full charge on the portable battery & other times I cannot but at least my phones getting more juice & I can always quickly recharge it!

I can't tell you enough how much I love this thing. It only holds 1 charge for my phone, but it charges fast. I don't have to lug around any extra cords other than the one to charge my phone. I love the colors. Thinking about buying more for the family.

I hate to give this external battery charger such a low score. It's a great size, the ( green) color is pretty and it comes with a detachable wall charger....but it didn't work on my IPhone 6+. When I attached my IPhone to the charger while it was plugged into the outlet, it charged it quickly but it defeats the purpose of having an external battery if an outlet is needed. Unfortunately, I had to return it.
