Are these functional sunglasses?

You may have misunderstood. This can not be used as ordinary sunglasses, you may not see the road when you wear it. But it is a very interesting party prop. This is a representative symbol of the meme culture. You can wear it and take photos with your friends, and go crazy at the party together.

Can i take it to a optician to have lenses in them because I wear glasses

No, these are not interchangeable with any lenses

If I recall correctly, they came in an Amazon box but packed in a plastic sleeve.
