This last one had a manufacturer defect, they forgot to pre-install one of the screws to tighten the exterior lever. You can see from the provided photos. So I returned for exchange hope a new one will be in normal condition. To be honest the deadbolt lock works and looks perfect. Let see how long it will stay.I will update my review after receiving a replacement. 3/15/19How I promised now I'm updating my review. I was not quick-witted how that pre-installed screws are works. In order to tighten the handles, the screws must be unscrewed in different directions which is not quite clearly described in the manual. Now I'm going to score five stars because of both locks looks and works well. Hope this review will help the manufacturer to describe this part of the installation more intelligible. 03/18/19 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice look *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2020* We bought three sets for new mudroom/laundry room. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great looking door hardware *by A***J on Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2019* This is a well-made, very nice looking, lock set. Looks great and is very solid.
