Packs totaling 1100... or 4 packs of 68 totaling 275....? It's unclear.** A: Each pkg. is 275, so the 4 pk is indeed 1100 total. The one pack is "unavailable". These are flimsy compared to a higher end. **Q: Do they work to dislodge food between molars that are very tight, ie close together? I have to push even with floss.** A: Dental floss is the thinnest to go between teeth. If you have to push with dental floss then the space is too small to use Brushpick. I have one space between my two front teeth that I have to use dental floss. What I like brush pick is it is easy and quick to use with one hand to get straight to the base between teeth to push food out especially between bridges. It's more socially acceptable than floss which sometime bounce out the debris. I clean my teeth privately unless I am with close family, then I use Brushpick. Then I floss when I am alone. They get out tiny pieces of food between your teeth that you didn't even know were there, so you weren't aware your toothbrush was missing them. Unlike floss, which requires both hands to use, these toothpicks can be used while you ae doing other stuff, like reading, watching TV or driving.
