I owned this book as a child and loved it so I bought it for my niece and nephew

This is my second time owning this book, as it was out on loan and never came back! It certainly is not just for kids! It's full of brilliant ideas like the cement mosaic birdbath, sand candles, naturally dyed Easter Eggs, bandanas with prints from nature, and so many more. It is truly a wonderful book on so many levels for kids and us "kids at heart". It is so easy to expand on ideas too. I'm making the cement birdbath for my garden using some of my stained glass scraps and making stepping stones with the same concept! You can't go wrong with this pick! Great crafts for ALL age groups! ENJOY!

Checked this book out from the library and loved it so much that I had to buy it to use for planning crafts for my daughter's classroom. Very well written, creative ideas, etc.. Love it!

Great book for kids. Wonderful to make crafts while enjoying the outdoors.

Some of the projects are kind of complicated and time consuming, but they all seem very cool and worth the effort. I also like that it is divided into seasons.
