Correction officer
I've been a correction officer for the state for 16 years and this product is well Built, sturdy, has strong stitches. I went from using leather equipment to using nylon. So far so good.

Decent for money, but put it towards a custom belt.
So this definitely does the trick of attaching your duty belt to a... somewhat secure underbelt...? It still needs keepers. It could use more Velcro on the top and bottom and stronger hook to make it a little sticker, as it’s not the most amazing bond, but for $16 it does the trick and will work while I wait for my custom belt. After trying several companies innerbelts, I splurged and spent the money on a better higher end belt from a reputable company... SOE. Best belts in the game, I own 5 various belts from their lineup. I thought I could get away with a cheap innerbelt under my SOE duty belt. Like I said it works, but I rather a better belt, like the SOE trouser belt with added hook loop. Waaaaaaay better for $35, with the added hook, $45 if you’re like me and want custom color thread to match, duh! I recommend this for a quick fix, but as we all know those don’t last long!

Get larger size if you want plenty to overlap and secure.
Just opened package and put the belt on. Based solely on that I give three stars. Belt looks to be well built. It is a sturdy foundation for my duty belt. Downside: it's shorter than expected. I am a 44waist so I bought the 40 to 46. Had just enough to overlap and secure. Probably should have went with larger size.

Can’t use it
I can’t really comment towards durability since I’m not able to use it. But I don’t see why it wouldn’t hold up to daily use. It’s very flimsy so one star on sturdiness. Since it’s so flimsy I’m sure it’s really comfortable especially since the Velcro loop does not extend to the edges. That being said there is only 1 inch of Velcro loop around the outside of the belt so not a whole lot of contact will be made with an outer belt. The sizing is all wrong. Amazon only shows the numbers for sizing and not “small medium or large” since I wear a 32 or sometimes 34 pants I got the 28-34 size, which ends up being the Small size. The ends wouldn’t even touch when routed through my pants. I have no use for this. Luckily there are really skinny dudes on my team that may be able to use this. For 17 bucks I’m not gonna hassle with the return. All in all, I’d suggest getting a different belt for the sake of getting a belt with more usable Velcro along the outside. Shipping was fast though.

Does not hold up for daily use
It loses it's velcro grip prematurely. I've used Bianchi products for years but this belt was very disappointing. I ordered a different brand which out-performs this one. "Loopbelt L 40-44 No Scratch Reversible Web Belt".

Almost perfect.
My only minor gripe is the way the belt fastens to itself. I would prefer a buckle over the Velcro because I like my belt tight. However, it is still my go to belt for everyday duty. It eliminated almost all movement of my duty belt movement and makes getting dressed much faster. I’ve worn it every duty day for the last 6 months and the Velcro still holds like its new.

Velcro wears quickly, but comfortable
Pros:*It’s the only belt I can find that has Velcro all the way around on the outside to attach to my web belt*It keeps my duty belt from shifting*It’s reasonably pricedCons:*The sizing is weird. I’m right in between a small and medium. The Velcro wears out and so I need a medium for the extra Velcro to stick.* The Velcro wears out quickly. I buy one of these once a year. I wish it would last longer.

Very strong and reliable!
My department's duty gear is a mix of Bianchi and Law Pro. I have always loved Bianchi and I can proudly say this is the best inner belt I've ever used on duty. My duty belt doesn't even move without my keepers on because of the strength of the velcro. The velcro really is top notch, much better then Safariland by far.

Hold my belt while I you know what
Great velcro inner belt. Now I can shoot my pistol without having everything fall to the ground. Folks that wear duty belts understand what I mean.

Great belt
Great for use as either an inner or outer duty belt. I use it as an outer for uniform security work and as an inner to my basket weave leaver belt when wearing a suit for protective services or VIP work.

... store I brought 2 belts from amazon as I like my first belt
I had a Bianchi belt purchase in a store I brought 2 belts from amazon as I like my first belt. I find that these 2 belts were sew inside out. The sharp side of the farbic was sew at the outside and often hurt my hand.I finally has to cut the label of the belt which was sew at the inside and then reverse the belt before I can wear them. I believe these two belts were sew wrongly in the factory and should not be sold.
