Then I saw these Pyrex glass bowls and it bought back memories of my mom teaching me to mix cookie dough in her Pyrex bowls. Oh I couldn’t resist getting my own set. When they came, I noticed that stacked together they’re heavy. Single wise, not heavy. Automatically I started mixing my usual recipe of Jello Salad in the 2.5 bowl. I did what I’ve always done and then lifted the bowl and looked underneath. Seeing what was happening to one certain ingredient had been very helpful. Then the next recipe was tuna salad. I was able to use one of the smaller bowls and made no mistakes. The clean up was better, for I could use less dish soap. After washing, I couldn’t smell any trace of tuna in the Pyrex bowls, unlike the plastic bowl.
