Easy to use to help sharpen the edge on your knives. I got this when I bought a CW Collin knife. Makes sharpening the multi grind blade easy.

I usually keep this in my key pocket... the pocket within a pocket on the right side of my jeans. I open and cut down boxes at work quite often and need to frequently touch up the edge on my knife. It's as easy to hone a good knife with this hone as it is to swap razor blades, less expensive and less waste as well.I believe this is a 600 grit hone, it will only fine tune a knife already in good condition. The same style of hone is available in more coarse grits. I use a 400 grit weekly to repair my knife, and the 600 daily through the work week to keep it sharp.The hone is very light, only a few millimeters thick, very pocket friendly.I haven't tried to hone a massive Dundee style knife on it, but I think even that could be done quickly and safely if you're careful and don't rush.

This is a VERY small sharpener. Which is good, because it fits perfectly in the extra pocket of both my Leatherman Wave and MUT pouches. Makes very short work of blade touch up, does require some dexterity due to it's size. I used the sturdy plastic case this sharpener came in as a protecting pouch and it works just fine while still fitting into the small thin spaces of my multi-tool sheaths. Bottom line: I'll buy another one when I need it.

Very sharp after use.

I should have gotten one level coarser I think, but this is a good high quality stone. I use it for snowboard edge sharpening and it works well.

It is very well built but the draw back is it is so small that you have a hard time sharpening a four inch black pocket knife. It does work but you have to be careful not to cut your finger....

This product is very very small. I'd say it's the length of my thumb, and about as wide (at the most) as two fingers. It's extremely small. It does the job, but I'm forever nervous of slicing off my fingers.

super piece of kit. It has already saved me more than its cost by sharpening blades that were not cheap to replace. Keeps my kitchen knives razor sharp. Brilliant! It was recommended by a friend who teaches Design Technology. He was spot on as is this little tool. It is not too small even for my sausage fingers. Ideal

Der "Stein" führt zu sehr scharfen Messern, sehr befriedigend. Wenn man ihn im SimpleSharp einsetzen will, nicht vergessen zwei zu bestellen, sonst muss man nämlich noch mal ein bis zwei Wochen warten, bis der zweite ankommt (ask me how I know).

Leider war der Abziehstein offensichtlich benutzt. An einer Stelle scheint die Beschichtung vollständig zu fehlen. Außerdem sieht man deutliche Schmutzspuren.Eigentlich eine Umverschämtheit ein Produkt soooo zu versenden. 🤐
