How does one get the pump to work? I turn it and it doesn't pop up as most other pumps do.

I have found that it's easier to turn the pump to make it pop up BEFORE inserting it into the bottle of lotion. Hope this helps!

If it showed a pump in the picture, it should of come with it. This picture doesn't show one. I have previously purchased one with a pump. Subsequent orders I purchased with no pump..cheaper and used the pump I had.
