How long are they? I'm 6'2" and wondering whether it will be long enough for upper body exercises.

I'm 6'5" and no problem. A door anchor is really important just make sure you have a heavy, sturdy door. It came then be adjusted for height or used from the bottom of frame you can modify for anchor point convenience with overhead tricep extensions, etc. For additional flexibility

It's been quite a while since we bought the tubes, but I don't remember instructions. The easiest thing to do is do an internet search regarding how to use them. We like them much better than the standard ones.
