This is a Mann filter market under the WIX brand for half the price

Since Mann-Hummel bought WIX they've maintained quality. I don't have an OEM VW/Mann filter on hand to compare but this WIX filter feels a bit heavier to me. The only drawback is that it was shipped in a paper bag, which resulted in the WIX filter box being crushed and damaged.
