I did notice a difference in my hair texture, but I think I applied it improperly. It is important that you do not over use the product and you apply it correctly. I would use youtube as a resource, but look at multiple videos for application methods.

Authenticity
I received this item and it's unsealed and without a cap. I used this product before and it came with a cap as photographed on amazon and it was sealed by the manufacturer. It does smell different as well. I am skeptical to use it and I have contacted the seller. Just be ware.

Great results and easy.
I love how easy it is to use. Wash with their shampoo first, at least 2 times. Dry your hair. Wear gloves! Apply BioNaza Keratin with a applicator or right out of the bottle. After I fully saturated my hair, blot towel dry with a towel. Dry as usual, then flat iron at 425-450 degrees. My hair is smooth, even in Hawaii with all that humidity. My hair is crazy frizzy and curly. This is not a straightener, but rather an intense conditioner that fills the hair so you aren’t breaking as much and it resists humidity. Love it.
