Great for making your own guitar headstock decals
These worked great for me on an HP 5550 printer - I set to "heavy glossy" and the decals turned out very well. When choosing your colors, remember that white will not show up, it will be clear so be aware of what color you are putting this on as it will darken up any gradient images you do.I printed a ton of my designs my first page so that I don't waste it, and already put it on my headstock. They were easy to apply if you have done it before and there is no color bleed that some inkjets may get when it gets wet if not finished over with gloss/lacquer first.I will be buying more of these!

Crap
Awful. Tried printing on 3 different laser printers and the toner flaked off when water was applied.

I would like to know how well it works as a decal
BEWARE! This stuff is very dangerous. I've tried it on Brother and Samsung color lasers and every time it bonds to the fuser roller and destroys the fuser unit. With the Samsung printer, the decal sheet wrapped itself tightly around the fuser drum, melted into it, and was impossible to remove. I called them after the Samsung printer, and their tech support said "oh, yah, you can't use it on Samsung printers, their fuser is too hot" -- Oh, so they KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE but they just don't tell anyone. Instead they prefer to let Samsung users destroy their printers. Their attitude is very "eh, whatever, so our product destroyed your printer, not our problem" -- not that they'll tell you which printers, if any, will work.So I asked them "Do you know of any issues with Brother printers?" "No, they work fine"So rather than repair the fuser, I replaced that Samung printer with a new Brother printer. Their tech support and documentation says "400'F max" -- well, the Brother printer says 390'F on the back. I set the fuser temperature lower in the driver as well. I tried printing one sheet using straight through paper path, fuser on coldest, fuser exit on maximum width. CRUMPLE! STICK! MELT! I shut the printer down IMMEDIATELY once it started to jam. I carefully removed the jammed paper, but nope...there were orange chunks of fuser roller rubber stuck to the decal sheet. There goes another $150 fuser unit! Hooray!I would like to know how well it works as a decal, but so far I'm down several hundred $ worth of fusers playing with this crap. Too bad, as I really need a working decal solution. But I've lost two color laser printers and I can't keep experimenting with different brands and wrecking fuser units. Unless Papilio will publish a list of known working, and known not working, printers and will stand by their product, you are taking a big risk with this stuff.
