Awesome!
I just finished my grout coloring projects today. I must say that I am very pleased with the grout pen(dark gray) so far. I purchased three pens for my kitchen backsplash and a shower wall. One wall in my shower has a dark gray grout, which in spots was beginning to discolor. I scrubbed and scrubbed, however, I could not bring the color back. I used a dark gray grout pen and colored all of the grout on that shower wall and it turned out great. It was easy to use, clean up of any excess on the tile was simple and the color looks great. See photos. Next, my kitchen backsplash. The backsplash is made up of white subway tile with white grout. The only problem is that the white grout became very dingy and yellowish over time. I used the same dark gray grout pens for the backsplash and it turned out amazing. See photos. The grout pens last a long time in my opinion. I used maybe one and a half pens for both my kitchen backsplash and shower wall. I even double coated near the kitchen sink and behind the oven for extra protection. It took me about 8 hours to do the kitchen and shower wall. My recommendation to you would be to complete your task, allow the grout to dry for an hour or so and come back to wipe down the excess color off of the tiles. With a damp cloth, the excess color wipes right off of the tiles. With a non-porous tile, you don’t need to worry about coloring outside the lines. It will not stain. Don’t wipe down after every bit of color you get on the tile, it will add so much time to your job. Wait until you’re all finished, then clean. I used microfiber towels, bundled up and damp. I worked it in circle motions through the tile wall, trying not to apply to much pressure to the grout lines. When the grout color is fresh, some may wipe off if you apply too much pressure directly to the grout. This is why I recommend waiting an hour + before wiping down. Allow it to settle into the grout. I started wiping too quickly after application and had to add some color again. After you clean up the excess color off of the tiles, examine for any touch up areas. There will likely be a few. Some reviews addressed the pen tip breaking. I never experienced this. During the color process, keep a paper plate handy to dab and prime the color into the pen tip. Do this often and you won’t need to press hard while coloring. I could see it breaking if you go all King Kong on it. I can’t speak for the durability of the product yet, but as time goes on, I will update my review. I may add a spray on tile/grout seal after a few days to help protect the color as well.

Quick, easy and cheap
Best and cheapest way to totally transform tile. I bought a table at a thrift shop with tile in the center. The grout wouldn’t come clean so I bought this to cover it. Took me a total of 20min to do two coats. It glides on so smooth and effortless. Dries super fast. I recommend having a piece of paper nearby to prime the pen occasionally to make sure it stays wet. Highly recommend this product!

Get the jar instead of the pen
It’s ok. The stain works, but as other reviews show the marker tip gets shredded as you use it making it difficult to stay in the lines. I actually ripped the tip off and flipped it which helped me finish the job but I’ll probably get the jar of paint to use with a brush next time. I feel like there is still product in the pen that won’t come out? Idk paint itself is good, pen design is bad.

Highly recommend!
Worked perfectly! Excess paint is easily removed from ceramic with a light scrub, leaving a nice sharp line. I had to blend in new subway tiles with an existing wall. I guessed on the grout color and sure enough, it was lighter than the original. Before scraping all the grout out and replacing everything, I figured I would give this a try. I was concerned that the excess paint would get on the tile and look bad, but it comes off with ease even after it’s dried. What a time and money saver!

Coverage estimate is way off.
The dark grey color is great and the results look perfect. Application is simple. It sticks to the grout and wipes easily off the face of the tile. However, in my experience the coverage is wildly inaccurate. My project had 37M of grout to cover. The pens state they have "Up to 60M coverage for narrow grout joints." One pen should easily do it right? Well, I bought 2 pens just to have a spare if needed later touch-ups. The first pen lasted 12.4M, and the second pen just 8.9M. My grout lines are between 1.5-3MM wide which seem to be fairly narrow. (The pen applicator is about 4.7MM wide) My grout is fairly smooth and didn't hardly require any second passes. (Until I was trying to milk the last bits out of the pens) I can't imagine under what conditions they got "up to 60M coverage". Being off by 80-85% from real world usage is pretty absurd. I'd much rather they give a range or average instead of the vague "up to". Now I must stare at my half finished project, waiting for the second batch of pens to be delivered.

It’s a Lifesavet!
I just had new tile installed and I HATED the white grout I chose. So disappointed especially after spending so much money on the new tile. I tried the grout paint pen and was so excited to see that it was a perfect color, easy to use, and it looks amazing. I painted every grout line on the floor and it was worth it. It seems like it will be durable but time will tell! It dried quickly. So far I am very pleased!!!

The color ain’t right
The product it’s self is great. Their paint pens are great. Wish there was more of a bundle deal. Anyway….. I got dark grey & it’s Not Dark Grey. I was expecting a much more “Dark Smoky-er” grey. Kinda like how the picture looks. To me… this is just straight up “grey”. That’s all Thanks

Bin sehr zufrieden
Klare Kaufempfehlung

Good but would recommend buying two
Worked really well on application. You can flip the tip to get more life out of it. My only negative would be that I probably only got 30m out of it, but still 5 stars as the finish was excellent.

Amazing Transformation
These grout pens are great to use and really transform the appearance of tiles, whether brightening faded white grout, or changing the colour completely. You need to press the nib down to get the paint to flow, which you'll find yourself repeating frequently. Don't press too hard, as the nib eventually works its way inside the pen, so the less pressing the better. You can go at grout completely free hand, give it 5 mins or so to dry, then wipe over with a dry, preferably textured/micro-fiber cloth, to remove any excess on the tiles themselves. Don't worry, it comes off the tiles very easily. We used dark grey to make the 1/3 brick finish of our white tiles stand out, and we're really pleased with the results. I've bought another pen to keep as spare and use to touch up a few areas that were proving tricky to reach as the original pens ran out. The only down side is that painting the grout a darker colour shows you if/where it wasn't grouted very neatly to begin with!! I had to sand a few areas first to get the lines looking neat.
