## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you do a refund? And how much would it cost you? Do you have to pay for the shipping fee?**
A: It’s says free returns for prime members.

**Q: Would this work for a 7" tall cake. My bakery doesn't do a 6" tall cake.**
A: Unfortunately it will not. The maximum height for the cake to fit on the Popping Stand is 6” . If your cake is over 6” tall, it will extend beyond the top of the stand and will cover up the Gift Pod when it pops up.

**Q: I am interested in the carrier only. can you tell me the overall size of the carrier, W x H? Thanks**
A: I don't have the "carrier" but the cake stand holds 10" diameter cakes up to 6" tall

**Q: Why is the price on Amazon so much more expensive than the website? Does the stand come with other accessories?**
A: Hi Celeste, our products are more expensive on Amazon to cover the additional costs that sellers have to pay for selling on Amazon Prime. On Amazon, you will get free 2-day shipping if you are a Prime Member! On our official website, expedited shipping would incur an additional shipping fee.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pull out pin broke...they sent a replacement right away
*by A***S on March 10, 2020*

I just bought a surprise cake stand and I used it for the first time. Everything worked perfectly except that the pin came out and detached from the stand. It was not handled aggressively (I took a video of the reveal). I tried to put the pin back in but it is not working the way it was before. Surprise Cake contacted me right away and offered to replace the broken part. It came within a week and it works great. Great customer service! Thank you!
