Is the dropper plastic or glass

I can confirm it's polycarbonate plastic. It is extremely hard and looks like glass but is actually plastic but very safe. I believe they used to be glass before the new design

Does the bottle have a seal to break

I can't honestly 100% remember but I think it does.

Can this be used on children under 12 years old

Yes I believe it says so in the instructions it’s very gentle no more than 5 drops at a time maybe less for a child

Does any wax come out when softened with this ??

You have to wait 2-3 weeks before any wax naturally comes out. I usually use it before syringing my ears. I was told by the nurse it is a good idea to put one to two drops of oil once a month to keep ears in good condition .
