A reminder never to buy a book based on the blurbs on back cover. The author has asked various "swell-ebrities" (some of whom you've never heard of) what they use on their skin, then has written a few fawning paragraphs on each, and lists what they use. You can find the same thing in any issue of any fashion/beauty magazine (i.e., People, Vogue, Vanity Fair, etc.). Don't waste your money.

Absolutely loved this book ! If you’re a makeup/skincare/hair fanatic then you would love this book. Each page is a different woman in the public eye (celebrities, makeup artists, beauty editors etc) given you a rundown of what they use, love and a little bit about their take on beauty and fitness. If you’re hesitate go on into the gloss website and if you like the way their celebrity articles are told then you would love this book bc it’s told the exact same way. Highly recommend for a fun read!

For those of you who favor "the Top Shelf" section on intothegloss.com, this book is just like reading it on paper with some extra great tips. I loved it.
