These are the best quality by far, and its why you'll see them in professional kitchens. They do cost more than the average stuff you find at the store, but it's worth the money, as they are extremely durable (the crystal clear plastic may get brittle after a long time), and do an excellent job in keeping things sealed tight, whether in the freezer or refrigerator. They clean up well either by hand or in the dishwasher, and don't stain or leave a scent from the previous food. Further, their square shape is great since it makes the most use of the space. They are also stackable. I like the 2 quart size as I find them the most useful for what I do. Update: If freezing liquid, be sure not to fill the containers absolutely up to the top.
