I bought this after seeing the video reviews showing the pretty colored lights showing through the real glass topper. I enjoyed how it looked, and also how it was large enough and held enough water, to scent a fairly large room with high ceilings. (had to add a bit more essential oil). Bonus - I noticed when it was running in the room and the rogue indoor mosquito (generally in Florida unfortunately it is more common than uncommon for a lone mosquito to move in and become a painful pest) would not recognize me and less or no bites, as a result. So, rather than carry it to the bedroom each night and back again. I liked it so much, and a few months had passed with it working well, so I bought a second glass top Porsome diffuser. During the next month or so, the first unit stopped working, the cord was good, it just stopped. I was a bit upset, and thought it would be out of warranty, or potentially a useless warranty. But after another few weeks or so, I was on the computer (Amazon) and reached out to Porsome. I was also suspicious of adding personal information in reply, but I inquired and they gave me an explanation, they don't/can't get into our account personal information through Amazon. So, I provided the information, and soon after I received a beautiful new replacement. So I did go through the warranty steps, I didn't receive any spam emails, and I found the effort to reply to my questioning email of why they needed my information, which may have been written impatiently, was answered with grace along with what read as a desire to help. So, despite my initial aggravation, and delay, I am very pleased with my products and the company. My son liked them also, so now I am back to one again, there is another visiting lone mosquito, so I may be ordering a third time. The colored lights through the glass top are really captivating, so I will stick with Porseme. ( I wish they could add a rotating feature, to show off the lights more! )

I love this Glass Essential Oil Diffuser with all my heart. It’s absolutely beautiful. I put three times in amount of oil in it that I should just a little salt and it’s fine. My room smells amazing so beautiful to look at seems high-quality the glasses thick. I’ve had no leakage. And it comes gift ball if that’s what you’re trying to do. It’s a great value for the money. I love it. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a bigger oil diffuser.

I know I didn’t order a used one but pretty sure this used. It has been cleaned up pretty good but there is residue of oil so that was my first clue plus the cord was not a new fold but one that had just been wound up tied with the wire. I was a little upset at first but decided to go ahead and set it up anyway. Nothing wrong with it, works great and it’s beautiful with all its colors. The oils I ordered along with it make it all worth it. Love the intermittent cycle so the scent of the oils is not overbearing.

This is my favorite infuser that I’ve ever bought. It runs for a long time. It puts out a great deal of mist for sent and it looks beautiful.

Pros. It sends the essential oil out very well. And I love staying on the amber color once I'd worked out how to! The other colors are too bright for my taste. It lasts a long time, so the house smells lovely all day and I have it on full blast. Cons. You either have to unplug from wall and carry to water supply or take a jug of water to fill. That might not bother everyone. But simply unplugging from the diffuser itself would have been preferable for me. Lastly, on seeing that the customer service email is hotmail - it just seems like a red flag. But hopefully I won't need them and hopefully if someone does, they respond well. After all this, so far I'm not sorry I bought it.

It's a great product it does what's supposed to do

I do love this. It’s beautiful at night and holds a good amount of water. It’s rather large and I’m not crazy about the look of it during the day, but it’s okay. I’m at a time in my life where I choose function over looks. I would 100% buy this again. I may even buy another one for the living room.

•••Update from previous review!!!:••• After my review, the seller contacted me, eager to make up for the faulty item I received. I must say I was pretty bumped, because the return period elapsed, so I was not expecting it! I'm happy; they have sent me right away a complete new one without hesitation, and I'm thrilled, because now I have my beautiful diffuser again😃 Was so bumped when it stopped working, 'cause I really liked it and it lasted long before I had to refill again. Also loved the colors and the elegance, ease of cleaning and overall functioning! Thankful for their openness and eagerness to stand by their products and keep their customers happy!!! ================================== Extremely disappointed, stopped working/turn ON after 6 wks after purchase! Not in a location where connector can collect moist, everything else works where it is plugged, cleaned weekly as should, no overfilling etc.

The package and diffuser was badly damaged when received. But the seller promptly offered to send a replacement. Hope it arrives well as the design is beautiful. Will update this review upon receipt of the replacement.

Love this diffuser. Looks better in real life (the glass lid gives a v.premium feel and looks great even when turned off). Definitely well worth the money IMO. Functionality is similar to my old muji one it was replacing. Light gives a nice effect and gradually cycles through colours or you can set a solid one. If running in the day, I'll often just leave the light switched off though. There's a 'boost' button for more vapour which fills a room with scent quickly. When I first recieved it was leaking water all out the bottom everytime. I emailed the manufacturer directly (had a card with email in package) and they were super quick to reply on a Sunday and immediately sent a replacement no quibble. Turns out the original was just missing a plastic lid (this goes inside and the glass dome then sits ontop) so maybe just something to keep an eye out for and make sure it's included with yours
