Item was purchased twice-once as a gift and worked fine for 4 months and second as a personal purchase. It decided to break at a birthday party when trying to take a picture. So another one was purchased along with the warranty and went to take a picture and doesn’t work. It was fresh out of the box and not working. The film got stuck-again. So this is the second product from same vendor and camera’s are defective. To make it clear, 2 cameras purchased at different times, same issue happened on both occasions, and purchased from the same vendor.When a claim was submitted, received a message that the camera was not covered by the warranty for the type of defect/malfunction.
