Teavana Oprah Chai Tea

Just brewed my first cup and LOVE it. With my first sip I got a nice kick of cinnamon waking me up and flowing into the buzzing calm of ginger smoothing out the flavor as it sat on my tongue. I will admit I put natural creamer in my coffee which will always help smooth out flavor but I do think this tea is well worth a try if you can afford it every now and then. Only rezone i didn't give it fool stars is because for the price 2oz is not enough. I'm left wanting more anomaly and I'm sure I will feel the same here.

The tea was as expected. The cardboard box holding the tin was badly damaged. It was a teavana container but couldn't be used for wrapping due to the fact that it had gotten wet at some point, something stuck to it, and paper was torn off. This happened prior to shipping as none of the torn paper was in the box with it. I wasn't told contains could be damaged making it unsuitable for gift use.

Love this tea, the flavor and aroma. But, the price tag that goes with it outweighs the benefit of my enjoyment. I will not be ordering this tea again.

After purchasing a smaller bag from Starbucks themselves, I found a bigger size on Amazon for a much better price. This is one of my favorite teas on the market, it's sweet and tastes like cinnamon but it also has a spicy kick to it. The tea includes things like cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. If you like milk in your tea, it makes a great addition here, making it taste like the Oprah Chai Tea Latte that Starbucks has on their menu. The tea is on the expensive side but if you really like tea and can afford it, I highly recommend it.

I had received this as a Christmas gift set last year and wanted to replace the tea. I love the flavor. But agree it is s bit expensive. I will but again for special occasion

The Oprah chai itself is addicting and delicious. In fact, It's one of the best chai's I've ever had but there is a catch. When you first open the canister, there is a plastic bag inside with only a handful of chai. I was finished with the chai in three days.

Tastes just like Starbucks! I got this cheaper than if bought in store. Other reviews mentioned too much packaging but I received simple postal package with a foil envelope inside not the elaborate packaging mentioned. When I made this in my iron tea pot with screen I filled my screen basket with tea and received 2 pots from the same leaves. I think when brewed properly it's lovely. I am very pleased and intend to buy more from this seller.

It was fine as a tea but not really crazy about the taste. I always expect anything with 'Oprah's' name to be exceptional, but I was disappointed with this tea.
