The media could not be loaded. When I opened the package, I was skeptical. The Amazon label on the bag was dark brown, there was rust on the screw and washer, but I didn’t need the screw or washer. I took the motor out of the bag and there was some oil residue on it. Granted, I bought used-like new one. Install was incredibly easy, plugged it in to the foot electronic foot pedal I bought, and away it went. True speed control and it doesn’t struggle under thick fabric.It brought new life to the 107 year old Singer 115!

I got this to upgrade a 1969 Singer 237 I found for $20 at a thrift store. The original motor was still technically working, but didn't have the power I was looking for. The belt included also fit my machine perfectly and greatly improved the consistency of the stitch timing since while the original belt was also in good condition for its age, did have an issue with occasional slipping even after tension adjustments, the new notched belt included with this motor does not have any slipping issues. Changing out the motor and upgrading the pedal (bought elsewhere) took all of 20min. Only thing to mention is this motor does not have a way to wire the old machine light into it easily and I am now looking for new light options for the machine, but very minor "issue".

Plenty of power to spare. This replacement motor bolted right on to my old Singer 15-91 sewing machine, it fit with the bracket it came with. Which I changed out in favor for the original bracket which fit like a glove. From a snail's pace or as fast as you can sew. It doesn't miss a stitch.

The media could not be loaded. much better power! but way too fast with the old foot pedal... had to make a custom bracket to mount. once I got the new honeysew foot pedal it is enough control and definitely more powerful than the original .5A that came on my Singer 306.sail repair, dacron and sunbrella with V92 bonded thread.

Used motor to build a bobbin winder for my better half. Worked great with a separate controller to control RPM (a rotary dial controller worked better than a foot pedal). Shaft is 6mm and not 1/4" contrary to another posting here. This small difference was relevant in my application.

I’m impressed with the speed. I purchased a Pfaff 130 on eBay. The old motor must have been near the end of its lifespan. I wasn’t getting the speed I heard about. This motor brought it back to life.

Seen bad reviews on motor pedal combinations. Bought this more expensive motor separately. a pedal with better reviews. Got motor on Saturday. Shipping back Monday. Looks like it's the "worker B" from sailrite.

I have my grandma’s old Montgomery Ward machine that looks like the black Singer machine. It still worked, but the cable to the motor, etc. was so crispy that it was shorting out, and would run by itself. This new one looks just like the original, it’s powerful, and works great!
