I have medium length hair and use 3/4 tsp., at most, on my ends and I spread some gel on my palms to transfer to the rest of my hair. The gel helps strengthen your hair, generates new growth and maintains your B-12 level. A low B-12 level can cause hair loss. **Q: I need a little bit of a sticky hold when blow drying my curls to hold them for the day. Is this like that?** A: Yes it should work fine.
