Really helpful to bring cortisol down when my nervous system is activated from ptsd. Helps me along with some other things to sleep. Very grateful. I like to dissolve it under my tongue for faster effect. No taste really except a little...milky or mealy...maybe are the best words to desctibe...like formula kinda lol. It's helpful trust me.

Very effective for reducing sleep latency
When I take one or two of these before bedtime, there is a noticeable Improvement in my winding down and an increase in my sleep drive. And other words please help me fall asleep faster. And as a man, the next morning, I also more frequently see certain results....

Very relaxing for high cortisol/adrenaline symptoms!
These are actually quite effective at relaxing the mind. They have a similar effect to me as ashwagandha.When I take these, I can feel my cortisol/adrenaline drop via increased visualization ability. As an artist - this is important. I remove one star because I need to take 3 to notice a difference, so not very potent. They seem to kick in 30 minutes - an hour depending on your stomach.
