These are actually quite effective at relaxing the mind. They have a similar effect to me as ashwagandha.When I take these, I can feel my cortisol/adrenaline drop via increased visualization ability. As an artist - this is important. I remove one star because I need to take 3 to notice a difference, so not very potent. They seem to kick in 30 minutes - an hour depending on your stomach.

When I take one or two of these before bedtime, there is a noticeable Improvement in my winding down and an increase in my sleep drive. And other words please help me fall asleep faster. And as a man, the next morning, I also more frequently see certain results....

This gives me a pounding heart and insomnia. I have been taking it for a couple weeks and have the symptoms if I take it, don't have the symptoms if I forget to take it on a particular day. It's worse when I take it at night and it's terrible if I take two.
