For $250+ you should be receiving a high-quality crokinole board. Instead, you get a mayfair crokinole board that is selling for $100 on kickstarter. There are visible seams in the wood on the board, scratches in the gutters and the edges of the playing surface, blemishes on the painted lines, obviously non-uniform discs and a VERY slow board. If you really want an intro-level board, go to mayfair, don't be fooled like I was.

My boyfriend found a crokinole video on YouTube and obsessed over it. So obviously I had to get him one of the boards. The board is Beautiful. We have played it every night so far and we also got our friends playing. I’m so pleased with the purchase. Worth every penny.

Played Crokinole for the first time with my 8 year old granddaughter. We had a great time. Skill helps but it cannot overcome outrageous fortune. Some rounds she won handily, others not so much. When bedtime arrived, my granddaughter asked when we could play again.One nice feature of this Crokinole set is the cribbage-like score board to keep track of who or which team is winning.

Great fun, easy to play right out of the box. A bit cumbersome, but worth it.

I purchased this Crokinole board to be a board that I didn't really care about and that I could get quickly. My plan was to bring it camping and have it as a travel no worries about it getting beat up kind of board, and for that purpose it works! However, with a little research and about $40-$50 more, you can find a board that is top quality.The discs that come with the board are weirdly convex on one surface limiting to only using one side, but the flat side had some burs sticking out that I had to clean up in order to use them.I would recommend purchasing some nice discs to use with this board and not the ones that come with it. Also it's a bit slow, so make sure to give it a good wax before using.

This set is so much higher quality & larger than I expected - the wood & detail is beautiful. Came exactly as pictured, and plays like a dream. My aunt loved it as a gift and is having a blast playing it with her friends! Highly recommend!

I was truly impressed with this game! The board is beautiful and of great quality. I definitely recommend it.

Well, I was excited to get this board. It came in, all looked good, except there was a small chip on the board just around the middle hole at the top. (see image)I couldn't live with it and had to return it, I just thought over time with chips hitting that spot, that it would increase in size and drastically effect game-play. If that chip wasn't there i would have kept the board. It is made in China though, not Canada made, so that's also a meh, but overall a good board if it had no damages.Communication wasn't good, i contacted the third party seller about it, with no response.Thanks.

Five star it works great, my kids love it. Good game for our family and easy to learn. Thanks for the bonus pieces all of us can play together now. Also nice smooth quality

This was a gift for a family member. The board is the size and shape I was looking for but the playing surface is rough and bumpy in a few areas and doesn’t have a smooth finished surface. I own the same tournament size board and the playing surface has a nicely finished shiny and smooth on it.

Entertaining board game, people from 1 to 4 can play.The discs are not perfectly flat, has a slight raised dimple in the centre of some of the discs. No problem though..

It looked great online. When we opened it up and set it up, it was warped - approx. 1/2” - so it rocks back and forth when we play. I thought paying top dollar would get us a great product.
