I have been using this product for over a decade and I absolutely love it! I cannot have peanuts and I personally think this is the best substitute! You really need to mix it the first time you open it, but after that to me it’s just like regular peanut butter with the same texture and spreads great. I do have peanut eating friends who tell me it taste like sunflower seeds not peanut butter, but for me, I don’t notice it. I also love baking “peanut butter” cookies using this and they are sooo good! Be ready though, there is a chemistry reaction that sometimes happens with the baking powered/soda and the sunflower seeds and you will end up with a green color in some places! It’s totally fine, just a little surprising.
