Milwaukee Leather SH1010 Men's 'Scooter' Black Vented Leather Jacket with Side Laces

Amazing quality and workmanship. Prefect for riding, in warm weather with the vents open or in the cold with the liner in. Even for a night on the town, with your honey, they look and feel superior to most other brands I've tried. The Leather King Men's Side Lace Vented Scooter Jacket (Black) is a real heavyweight jacket at a much better price than other sellers. I was really impressed with the feel of the leather and the quality of the workmanship. The FULL removable liner (WITH FULL SLEEVES) is great. So many jackets only have a vest, and no lining down the arms, or are lined and can not be removed. Also a real plus is the holster and ammo pockets on both sides, either for the heavy hitter, or just for convienence if you are right or left handed. The size seemed to be pretty good to me. For a 6xl big it was closer to the following I did some measuring of my own Waste: 56" -- Chest: 62" - Collar to bottom of zipper 25" -- Collar to bottom of back 30" Sleeve length 27" - 28" -- Shoulders across the back 21" -22" -- Shoulders across the back at outsides of action back 25" So as long as you have a chest larger than your belly - it fits nicely - and the sides tie in for a tighter waist I love them so much I bought more, they are amazing. I got this jacket for less than $100 this summer - I had been watching the price fluctuate and I got a steal over the summer when no one wanted a heavy leather. Fast forward to the second ride I wore it on. Oct 20th - turning left I was cut off by a red light runner. I went down hard. Bike was totaled. I went over my bike and hit the tarmac - broke my right shoulder. Now, what didn't happen is road rash! In fact, after the accident I could not even find a scuff on my leather. The jacket did it's job and did it well. I would have had some terrible rash if not for my gear (gloves were shredded, helmet dinged, boots scraped up) but all the gear kept me safe , especially the jacket (since I know I went down on my body and back). So, I have to give this all the stars because besides being a super well fitting and beautiful leather - it WORKED! It keeps me looking cool, keeps me warm and kept my skin on my body in a wreck. I am grateful I bought this leather. You should do the same:)

Minus stars for the seller. Check vendor reviews before purchasing as there are several sellers for the same jacket. Prices only vary a little. Arrived late - returned hassle-free upon delivery. The jacket itself is high quality but be advised, if you are as thick in the middle as you are in the shoulders, this jacket may not be for you (in fact, this style may not be good for you). I tried it on and it was fine at the shoulders (41" shoulders - ordered a size for 42") but it was tight in the belly (40" belly). Also, this is 'shiny-new' black leather. Like your grandmother's purse, or a 1950's style leather jacket shiny. If that's what you're looking for, this is it. As others have said, it is thick, quality leather and will probably out last you. The build seems pretty solid as well. Zippers are solid and function well. CC pockets are well designed and have straps inside for holster-free carry. No armor and no way to add it. Elbows are only lightly padded. It will keep your bones inside during a crash sequence but it won't keep them from breaking. Should stop most of the road rash though. If wearing as just a casual jacket off the bike, it should be warm enough for most states. Much below 40 and you'll likely get pretty cold. But you'll look good while doing it...

Sleeves are way too long. We ordered a tall size because my husband is 6’3”. The sleeves would fit him if he had the arms of a monkey. Even though we like the sleeves a little long for riding motorcycles, these are ridiculous. We kept it because it was too late to return before a long trip. Other than that, it’s a nice jacket.

This jacket is of very nice quality and fit like a glove. The leather is genuine, the snaps and zippers were all in great condition and has a lot of zipper areas included. Upon unboxing, the jacket was in a clear plastic bag inside of a large flat cardboard box. I tried it on and it was snug. Considering I got a 7xl I thought it would be a bit loose. I then remembered that the jacket actually had leather ties on the side so that you can expand or contract the jacket. I let out the ties a bit and it fit perfectly! I'm a large man, 6'4" and 350lbs. If you purchase one of these jackets, make sure to get at least one size larger. I normally wear a 5xl T-shirt, I went with a 7xl just to be safe and I'm glad I did. My only complaint is that the front is a bit short, so if you have a large belly, the lower bottom will show if you don't have your pants over it. I'm very happy with my purchase however and will do business again in the future!

Great jacket. Liner is easily removed. Pretty heavy over all, great quality. Works very well for the cold fall rides. I’m 6’2”, 210 lbs. average build and the XL fits chest, waist and arms. Shoulders a a little big/stiff. But I’m sure once it’s worn in it’ll loosen up. Over all very happy. Milwaukee brand always delivers quality products.

Real happy with overall quality. Fit is great while riding and there's no loose leather flapping and slapping you in the face.

Wow, nice Milwaukee Leather jacket i got on Warehouse deals for $62. Very heavy nice quality leather. Excellent sewing and workmanship,,very nice inner liner..It is heavy, this is not a fashion jacket, this is to save your skin. The 2 side pockets are not very big, but the 2 inner pockets for gun toting are huge...You could fit your lunch in there.

Disappointed that seconds are being sold on Amazon

I'm soooo happy with this purchased. Only thing is I got the xxl and it was way too small. A 5xl was available got it and it's perfect....... to have a layer or two underneath. If I would have wanted it snug the 4xl would most likely have accomplished that. My recommendation is to double the size you would normally get.

I bought this jacket for riding my motorcycle it's a heavy jacket with good protection from road rash in case of an wipeout breaks the wind nicely dont even feel it u can open vents on a hot summer day to cool off all round good jacket

I measured before I ordered. The jacket is PERFECT. Fits me like a glove. I am really impressed with the quality of the jacket. I'll have this thing for years. Awesome buy.
