Best I've tried!!
Iโve tried quite a few different beard oils and balms over the years, always looking for something that actually works without making my beard feel greasy, heavy, or overly styled. After using Bossman, I can honestly say Iโm pretty impressed. The beard oil has a really nice feel to it. It keeps my beard soft and moisturized without that oily feeling you get with some other brands. The balm is also great for keeping my beard looking neat and under control without making it feel stiff or like I have a bunch of product in it. A small pea size amount of the oil is all it takes. Its thicker than other oils I've tried and based on the size of the bottle this will last a long time. The balm is easy to work into the beard and has excellent holding through out the day. Iโve gone through several other brands, and for me, Bossman just seems to get the balance rightโgood moisture, good hold, and a scent that doesnโt overpower you. I didnโt expect to like it as much as I do, but Bossman has definitely become my favorite. I am an older gentleman with wispy salt and pepper fine straight beard hair that has a tendency to easily fly away and look messy. If youโve tried other beard products and are still looking for one worth sticking with, Iโd definitely give Bossman a shot.

Best beard oil Iโve found! And Iโve tried a lot of themโฆ
Smells great and it really helps nourish and soften my beard. I like how itโs thicker than other beard oils. And easier to wash off your hands. Using the Jelly Oil with the Bossman Beard Balm really helps keep my beard in place and adds a nice shine all day. Easy to use, helps my beard look thick and full, and looks great all day. Best value Iโve found for beard oil/beard balm by far! My beard feels moisturized all day and my daughters love the smell and how soft my beard is after using these products. Washes out super easy in the shower too. I will definitely buy again and I highly recommend!

Magically delicious
I grew a COVID-19 stay-at-home beard. Surprise: It is white as snow! I like it and am going to keep it; let it grow out a little. Maybe get some side work as a mall Santa Claus if that's going to be allowed. So, I heard about Bossman beard products from a friend who uses them on his beard. And, since Bossman is American (specifically Austin, Texas!), I thought I'd start with some beard oil. I got the Magic scent because I like the smell of patchouli. The Magic beard oil is really a gel. A little goes a long way. I followed the directions on the bottle . It apples very much as advertised. Doesn't leave any oily residue. It absorbs right into the beard follicles pretty much on contact. It doesn't transfer onto my pillowcases or my clothes. I wish the scent was a little more pronounced, but that's just my preference; you might like the fact that the scent is subtle. The hair in my beard is courser and kinkier than the hair on my head. This beard oil seems to make my beard a little softer than it would be without any product. Overall I am at an Amazon level "4" in my overall rating. You might give it a "5" because my rating definitely leans in that directions. I only give it a "4" because I had a higher expectation of its softening abilities and strength of scent. It is a very nice product, and I am using it twice every day: After my morning shower, and before I go to bed.

Stage coach scent is a good to
I use different beard products. Mever tried this brand or a jelly. Honestly my favorite so far. Ill use it after a shower at night and the scent last well into the next day. And it holds a softness to my m long beard that lasts as long as the scent. No itchy beard problems. Since I started using this product. The jelly is more efficient than traditional oils.

Only beard oil I'll use
Works fantastic. Keeps the skin moisturized and the beard feeling healthy. Being a jelly, it gives you a little bit more power to tame your beard than a traditional oil. It adds a tiny bit of shine to my gingery-brown beard - just enough to keep it looking good without looking greasy. Each bottle lasts a LONG time. I'm on my second bottle, having bought my first one in August 2018 and my 2nd in August 2020. I use mine regularly but not religiously on my short-medium length beard, using a glob the size of a small pea each time. I can imagine some people could go through a bottle in 9 months to a year but probably not much sooner than that unless you're overdoing it (or have a Duck Dynasty beard). As far as scents - I first purchased a bottle of the Gold scent and liked it but wanted to try something else. Bearing in mind how long each bottle lasts, I didn't want to commit to buying a scent I wasn't going to be sure I'd like, so I bought a trial kit from their website that came with an ounce or two of each scent. All of them except Gold didn't smell great and the scents were notably strong. I couldn't hug my family members without them commenting on how they didn't like the way I smelled. For my 2nd bottle I ended up going with unscented and I recommend it 10x over any the others. I feel that if I want to smell a certain way, I can just throw on a little bit of cologne, and I don't need my beard oil adding any unnecessary smells. Also a note with the different scents - my experience is that the unscented seems to have a better consistency than the others. I suspect the added oils for the scents make the mixtures less homogenous and more prone to coming out runny (imagine the liquid at the top of an unshaken ketchup bottle). The obvious answer to this is "shake the bottle," but with the bottle of Gold that I first owned it was very hard to give it a proper shake until I was maybe 1/6th of the way through the bottle. This could simply have been an issue of quality control but this seemed to hold true with the scents in the trial kid I had as well. Overall verdict - solid product. Five stars. I don't see a reason to try any other brands. I highly recommend the unscented version, and if you want to go the scented route I recommend trying the trial kit first to see what you like.

Great scent, last all day, great feeling beard.
I got the Stagecoach sent. I'm assuming the strength of the scents is about equal throughout the product lines. If that's the case, you won't need a cologne. Two mins in your car with the windows up and AC going and you'll feel like your beard is your cars air freshener. Thank God they don't have Pine scent. Lol. It's definitely not a cheap scent, it is top tier. I've been complimented at work and when standing on lines. Definitely a confidence booster. First direction it tells you is shake it up before using it. And this is true. I was curious and opened the top to see what kind of product it was. Bossman advertises that it has a higher viscosity than normal oils and that's why it last longer in your beard. Upon opening it I see that there is like a thick cream/lotion/balm type of product that was a little built up on the top. Kinda like it laid on its side during shipping and that's how it settled. So when the bottle says shake it up before use...I definitely recommend to SHAKE IT UP. After, use how much you like. The instructions warn that a little goes a long way. I used about the same amount as I would use a normal oil amount. Depends on the length of your beard. When it came out, you can definitely tell the importance of shaking it up. I didn't shake it well the first use and I got more of the balmy product. And I was like meh. Then I really shook the hell out of it. Oh yeah....there's a difference. The balmy product came out much smoother, like it was a binary product that needed to be mixed well. It came out like squeeze butter. Lol. Anyways, just spread it through your beard. It goes in well. And like I already said, it last all day depending on the nature of your use. *Protip/Recommendation: use in combination with their Pomade product. Oil as a base, the Pomade for an all day hold and style. The added picture is just the oil, no Pomade.

Incredibly pleased, and I do not impress easily
A few disclosures if I may: my purchase of the Jelly Beard Oil is verified, I paid full price for the product and I have not been promised a discount on any eventual product in exchange for a favorable review. In actually, unlike some of the other great reviewers here whom were emailed by the owner of BossMan thanking them for the purchase, I was altogether not contacted by the company after buying this product. What I did receive, however, was a beard product that far, far exceeded my expectations. Admittedly my beard length is relatively short, however I have been underwhelmed with every beard product I have ever tried- from oils, conditioners to balms, all of which were unremarkable. Recently, when reviewing a competitors brand on Amazon, I scrolled the additional recommended products and noticed the Bossman brand. After reading the mostly popular Jelly Beard Oil reviews I still remained somewhat skeptical, my concerns mostly focused on the creamy texture of the oil combined with the incredible range of differences regarding the reviewers perception of each different fragrance. I purchased the Magic scent and was amazingly please with the entirety of the product- from the packaging, to the plastic bottle and it`s highly functional opening/ closing applicator, the essence of the smell and the actual dissolve-ability of the jelly itself. My advice regarding any consumer whom remains concerned about the four different fragrance types offered by Bossman: do not overthink the choices and refrain from actually imagining you are going to smell like a cigarette, a Geranium flower, Bourbon or even a Root Beer float. The notes of each Bossman Jelly Oil fragrances are subtle, mild and perfectly, selectively blended. After originally purchasing the Magic scent only a few short weeks ago I additionally purchased not only the StageCoach fragrance (disclaimer, I absolutely despise the smell of tobacco and Bourbon, however I LOVE the scent!!) but the entire 4-pack of flavor styles as well. I can honestly say that I excitingly look forward to applying the Beard Jelly Oil both after my shower in the morning and prior to sleeping at night. Men, how often have you ever, ever actually looked forward to a grooming product? I now understand why my wife is so passionate about some of her cosmetics! Last, I am incredibly pleased with the results of this product: the itchiness of my beard is now nonexistent, the slight flaking of my dry skin has been resolved and the slight curl of my beard hairs is now fully managed throughout the entire day. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Great scent, and great anti-fidgeting jelly
I use this to prevent fidgeting - if you find yourself running your hands through your beard too much or even stress-pulling hairs out, use this. The stuff stays in the beard all day, and absolutely makes your hands oily if you try to do anything after putting it in. Get a brush to use with this stuff, and your beard will be able to grow out and smell nicer.
