Not at all 7 inches
I bought this to fit in a 7" square, and the width at the top is 7.75 (almost 8) inches! The width at the bottom is about 6.5 inches. Nothing about this, except somewhere in the middle is 7 inches. They should state the 7" is approximate. Now, I have to go to the trouble of getting it returned. Otherwise, seems like a VERY STURDY plastic pot.

Like the others, I was expecting a case of pots. I certainly wouldn't pay this price for one single pot. Tried to correct it with Amazon.They have since changed the description. If you want one pot, go for it,
