Salt SummaryNot all smoked salts are created equal. This one is different and special. This is a coarse grain, however, we do NOT recommend a grinder. Although it's a coarse grind, it's surprisingly delicate, has a very soft crunch and it immediately melts in your mouth.This sea salt is hand-harvested by a small family operation in Maine.The ocean water is collected by hand,then slowly smoked over Applewood in the small,secluded town of Marshfield about 75 miles north of Bar Harbor, Maine.
