Amazing!!!
Absolutely the best butt cream ever! My daughter had gotten this while in NICU, she was under a heat lamp type, and her diaper had rubbed her little legs raw, this stuff was amazing! So we ordered several to have on hand since you can’t buy it in store. Works super fast!

I love pinxsav!!!!!
Pinxav has always helped my kids diaper rashes, but also my babygirl had issues with raw rubbed armpits and this stuff really really helped clear that up as well. I love the smell of it too!

Best Butt Cream on the Market!
As a first time mom I was very discouraged when my newborn son's bottom was red even though we were changing him as soon as he soiled! We were using typical creams but none were completely effective. We had received a sample of pinxav in our childbirth classes so I tried it and noticed a difference with the next diaper change!!! I highly recommend this product for all baby bums!

Wow! My granddaughter had a really red rash. Pinxav cleared it up by the next diaper change. The tube is a large one so I won't be needing to buy it for awhile. Worth every penny.
