Easy to assemble, too soon to declare a success
I chose this bed, despite it having few reviews, because I liked the simple design. The bed arrived in one large box. All pieces were clearly marked and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. The bed was put together in maybe half an hour, and while I did have help near the end I'm confident I could've done it by myself. The bed itself looks quite nice. The detail isn't quite what I was expecting -- there double loops aren't in any way connected to the poles under them.I have concerns about the stability of the frame, as I've gotten quite a bit of shifting, rocking, and squeaking when engaged in non-passive activities. All the screws are tightened. I think the lack of any kind of bar at either end of the frame is allowing the mattress to shift too much, and some of this may be remediated by the fact that I have a bunkie board instead of a traditional box spring, so I will try using zip ties to secure the bunkie board rails to the bed rails and see if that reduces movement. If you're using a box spring, it's possible that the combined weight would reduce movement.I'll update on whether the zip ties work.

Looks Nice - Crumby Hardware
Bought this as a guest room bed. Looks great, but...Took twice as long to assemble as it should have. I had to straighten one of the leg holes fit one of the legs. Looks like it was smashed at the factory since the shipping box was intact. After I had it about half together, I found that some of the bolts lacked threading. There were zero spares included. I had to scrounge around my junk box to find something close. Which I didn't. So now I have to tell my guests that there's no monkey business in that bed since it's missing screws. I guess it'll be missing "screws" until i find some replacements.

Pieces of the bed not cut correctly
I returned. Rails were uneven length and unable to put bed together.

Classic beautiful bed
BED REVIEWThis bedframe is a beautiful yet understated piece. It is solidly built and holds the weight of both me and my wife. I weigh 273lbs and if I publish her weight it’ll be the last thing I ever publish. But add the weight of a healthy, normal 5’4” woman and know that this bed holds its own beneath us.The bed requires space in which to put it together. If you’re healthy, able to bend at the waist and comfortable with a tool box then assemble the bed on your own. This is for a standard queen bed and holds both box spring and mattress. The frame tucks beneath so there are no toe stubs. Pillows do not fall behind the headboard and the height isn’t too high to climb in and out or to perch on the side to put on your socks. It does not look cheap in person and its simple design is beautiful.

Simply Gorgeous
It took my husband several hours to assemble this bed frame, but he's not super-handy, so I am not sure whether to blame him or the claim that it doesn't take long to construct. However, from my admittedly shiftless purview, the wait was well-worth it. This bed frame is somewhat modern looking but also has an old-world feel to it. It was only after I had it for a while that I thought it could seem a bit dominatrix-y (I am very wholesome, but I read!).I don't use it for such purposes, of course, so it doesn't have to stand up to such antics. But it's well-constructed and solid and really makes the room seem more finished. I love it.
