I add about a tablespoon & a half to a smoothie with the following ingredients each morning:- One handful of frozen pineapple- One & a half handfuls of frozen triple berry blend- One scoop/ serving of whey protein powder (Sixstar Froot Loops flavor)- 30g/ One servering of Hemp Yeah! Protein & fiber blend in Vanilla flavor- One serving of Sunfoods Greens powder- Two-ish cups of waterI put all in my little personal, portable, rechargeable Ninja blender & the smoothie keeps me full for hours & hours on end.Ever since I started using this MCT oil I sleep much deeper & it's quality! Also, I read a healthy fat content in smoothies helps vitamin absorption.I have also taken a swig straight out of the bottle when I forgot to add it in my morning breakfast blend, and it was completely tasteless. I can't smell it (if it has a smell it's super subtle.) The bottle doesn't leak, and it arrived to me without any leaks or damage.I often roast broccoli with this... I toss a bunch of cut florets in this MCT oil then sprinkle it with salt & white pepper, put it in the oven at 400° for twenty minutes, and it's literally one of my most favorite things to eat- so much that I eat it daily & often times with multiple meals per day.Also works well as a carrier oil and as a great after shower moisturizer 😍

The media could not be loaded. I needed MCT oil to make homemade CBD tinctures..this brand is popular and inexpensive. It's organic and gets the job done 👍 . MCT is a very popular addition to Keto diets as the fats metabolize quickly and burn efficiently. And for tinctures, MCT provides very high bio-availability compared to other oils . The taste is practically non-existent which is great to add to coffee,etc. the 4 stars instead of five is because the bottle is plastic,not glass...if that matters . But it's a great value overall mate.

I was looking to buy one to add into my coffee in the mornings to have a good brain boost and make sure my cortisol is not spiking when I have coffee and no food to eat. Like the flavor of this MCT oil and find it easy to use in my coffee. I usually use it With a froth, but in a pinch, I just go ahead and add it to my coffee and drink it how it is, although that doesn’t give it a good because it does not mix well like that. It’s a smooth oil and serves a great purpose for what I need it for! It’s in a plastic bottle if you’re wondering about that… I would prefer to be in a glass bottle, but for the cost, I understand it being in plastic. Overall, I think this is a good option for a good quality oil, whatever you need. I would also consider using it dressing! I would definitely recommend this oil to anyone looking for a good quality coconut MCT oil. I also appreciate that when it came, it was not broken or leaking. That was great as I have had that happen with packages in the past.
