Totally upset!
Totally upset! I received my processor and it was in the box brand new. The product didn’t look damage or anything at all. When using the processor two of my ports did not work, my HDMI port and DVI port. But my other ports work. I called to just get a replacement and Amazon said that it wasn’t an option. So the guy told me that I could get a full reimbursement, so I decided to go ahead and order another one right there at that moment because I was getting my money back. Well after waiting for my reimbursement it never showed up in my account. So after calling Amazon back again, now they’re telling me that there was no reimbursement given and also I can’t get a reimbursement for this product because it’s such a large amount! I’m not saying that the seller sales products that’s not good. But just know that if you get a defective product you can’t get a replacement. Nor can you get a full reimbursement! Which is not good when you’re spending out this much money.
