NOW Foods Supplements, Water Out With Standardized Uva Ursi, Dandelion, Potassium and Vitamin B-6, 100 Veg Capsules

It works very well. After looking at the reviews, I decided to look up the ingredients because some people were saying they felt sick after taking this product. Dandelion can cause some people to feel sick. I didn't get sick with this product, but if you're not sure how it affects you, just get one bottle to see if it affects you. I'm actually very happy with this product and will buy another bottle in the future.

Does what it’s supposed to! Helpful for uti’s and intercranial hypertension

This doesn't work fast, but it works. I have been using it for several years. I can tell when I have left it out of my supplements that I take daily because I start slowly to retain more fluid. It's just something that's happened more and more over the last few years. I no longer tolerate sodium well and have to drink a lot of water to flush it out. This helps flush out the additional fluid, in addition to extra walking and elliptical training as well as compression. I'm lucky, I can flush it. This supplement definitely helps.

Not for me. It worked to get rid of water but made my blood pressure go up 30 points. I Quit taking it and blood pressure went back down in a day and a half

This supplement has been working for me to keep from retaining water. I also think it helps with keeping my blood pressure where it should be.

NOW brand supplements advertises that they pay to have other companies products tested, and release the results. That was a plus, to me. Then I was reading in another supplement review that some people were having reactions to the cellulose capsules used. This product uses cellulose capsules too. So I guess that is a negative. I only bought this one time then stopped because I didn't see any change in urination frequency or volume from these. Potassium, Magnesium and Bitamin B-1 is what YT doctors say regulates water in the body. I looked at what Dr Berg's electrolyte powder contained and tried combinations of products to get those 3 ingredients in higher doses, for less money than the powder costs. These NOW capsules contain 99mg potassium. Apparently more than that can be bad for some people. I'm older, and I'm taking 1000mg potassium, 1000mg magnesium and 100mg B-1, and have not had a problem.

Been using these for years. I stopped taking them for a few months and I just ordered them again to help with water retention and weight loss. It usually takes me 1 week to lose ten lbs of water weight on these but it works wonders. I agree with one review where they can get a little stuck in your throat if you don’t drink enough water, well I just drink water before taking it so my throat isn’t dry. You don’t pee any odd color like other diuretics and these have zero jitters. This brand is natural and works, if you want a faster relief I found taking 4 a day works best. 2 in the morning and 2 before dinner- not before bed cause you’ll have to get up and use BR. Sometimes price goes down to 7 dollars which is great!

I was so skeptical but it actually works. 100% worth it.
