Review: Good choice - This is a lot heavier than I thought it would be. I like the fact that they’re retractable and it looks huge, but it really isn’t. I bought it because my regular badge holder has like a cute little thing on it, but it has a jack lantern and I work in home health so I have to take clients to church sometimes and I wanted something a little more conservative, but I absolutely love sea turtles so I got this one and it’s extremely beautiful and it does the job and it’s actually more beautiful in person than what the photograph shows
Review: Attractive nurse badge and never ceases to draw favorable comments. - My nurse granddaughter loves sea turtles so she now has two of these. They are a hit with patients as well. Seem pretty sturdy.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Attractive nurse badge and never ceases to draw favorable comments.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adorable
*by K***E on November 20, 2025*

I absolutely love this adorable sea turtle badge reel. Clip quality is nice, it has a strong grip, pulls out and retracts smoothly, and 360 swivel. My turtle is attached well currently but if it pops off or if the reel becomes worn out, I’ll just use a craft glue for attaching metal to plastic and glue it to a new badge reel.
