Good choice
This is a lot heavier than I thought it would be. I like the fact that they’re retractable and it looks huge, but it really isn’t. I bought it because my regular badge holder has like a cute little thing on it, but it has a jack lantern and I work in home health so I have to take clients to church sometimes and I wanted something a little more conservative, but I absolutely love sea turtles so I got this one and it’s extremely beautiful and it does the job and it’s actually more beautiful in person than what the photograph shows

Attractive nurse badge and never ceases to draw favorable comments.
My nurse granddaughter loves sea turtles so she now has two of these. They are a hit with patients as well. Seem pretty sturdy.

Adorable
I absolutely love this adorable sea turtle badge reel. Clip quality is nice, it has a strong grip, pulls out and retracts smoothly, and 360 swivel. My turtle is attached well currently but if it pops off or if the reel becomes worn out, I’ll just use a craft glue for attaching metal to plastic and glue it to a new badge reel.

Beautiful but fragile
This was a wonderful gift, and it did its job well for a relatively short period of time. The Sea Turtle part of it detached from the rest of the ID holder too easily after being caught on something. I may actually buy it again, but I would recommend possibly adding a little bit of super glue to the edges to secure it better.

Didnt last a year but….
MySECOND ONE PURCHSED LASTED ONLY 3 months This is so cute but i cant keep buying them when they break so quickly. Will try a different badge reel this time. Disappointed. ————- Its so beautiful i ordered another one. The retractable part of the reel stopped working. It was funky i had to fidget with it to have it scroll up. But its so darn pretty and i get so many compliments on it i had to re order another one. First one didnt last a year.

Do not buy
This is my THIRD turtle badge reel that I’ve purchased and ALL THREE ARE BROKEN. We’re not talking abuse here either. Just normal wear and tear. I really wanted these to work because my mom recently passed and turtles were her favorite and these reminded me of her. These are absolutely beautiful but absolute trash. They break EVERY SINGLE TIME. Do not waste your money.

Broke after a month
The badge holder is cute, and I loved it when I first got it. I bought 2 (the other one is purple), but after a month of use, the clasp broke on both of them. The turtle sticks out enough that depending on where you place him. He catches on anything you brush against, including your own arm if you attach him to a belt loop. As much as I love the turtle charm, the poor quality clip means I can't recommend this.
