Flexfoam is the best pad. It absorbs more than you think. They are comfortable and the perfect length for night time.

I've spent a lot of time jumping back and forth between brands and absorbency levels over the years and the problems are always the same when it comes to pads. Either the pad has great absorbency and coverage but is too bulky, or the pad is thin but doesn't have the absorbency, or the sticky parts aren't sticky enough, or the wings are in a weird place that doesn't even wrap around where they need to be. These pads have been the answer to all of these issues for me. First of all, the most important part - absorbency. I'm one of those people who have to double up and use both a tampon and pad on the heavy days (which is most of the days) and I still need to change both every 1-2hrs. This pad has helped tremendously with that and has reduced my changing need to a "normal" 4-5hr window. On top of that, whatever technology they use for this actually fully absorbs the liquid into the pad. Like, you can actually see the difference when you use it in comparison to other pads where the liquid is kinda inside but still on the surface of the pad itself. It doesn't matter if it's a small amount of liquid or a large amount either, this pad literally pulls it all inside and locks it away off of your body. Second, the position of the wings and the adhesive itself is perfect for my needs. Now, I know this may change for each person because we're all built differently, but if you typically struggle with getting your pads fixed in the optimal position like I did - then this might be the solution for you too. Finally, I used to be convinced that if I wanted a certain level of protection, I just had to come to terms that my pads would always feel like a mini diaper. Just in sheer length and bulkiness, heavy flow pads have always been pretty uncomfortable no matter what they try to sell you in the advertisements. This pad actually delivers on what all the others promise. It still has the length to give the right amount of coverage but lays almost completely flat against your underwear. You can barely even feel it there. Plus, as I mentioned before, it does all of that without compromising it's absorbency or ability to stay in place. These are literally a God send. Do yourself a favor and just buy them. You won't regret it.

bought these for my postpartum bleeding. Used them right from when I got home from the hospital. I found these to be very absorbent and didn’t experience a single leak! If you have severely heavy bleeding it might not do the trick for you but was more than sufficient for me. Typically I HATE wearing pads - they always feel bulky and wet and uncomfortable and I feel like you can see them under my pants. These, however, do not feel that way at all! Even when the pad is full it doesn’t feel moist against your skin. It’s also thin enough that I would confidently wear leggings and not worry about it causing bunches underneath my pants. Will definitely buy again the next time I have a baby!

Very expensive but easily the best sanitary towels I’ve ever come across. Also it’s getting increasingly difficult to find items like these without scent so it’s great that these are unscented.
