I'm not a big fan of the things that you put below your glass, but to each their own. • Ease of Use: Easy, the tweezer thingy would work better if you have a container for the cubes and not a bag. Either way, it's just a glass, pour and drink, as easy as it gets. • Performance: Yeah the glasses are glassy, but I didn't like the cubes as much, they felt like they weren't working to be honest, the drink didn't get any cooler. • Design: It looks quite good, the design of the glasses it's obviously personal preference, but in my opinion they are great, the box too, and it comes well packaged. The glasses are not that big, they obviously don't have to be, but some people would expect the to be a little more bigger con diameter. • Value for Money: I think it's worth it, 30 dollars it's about right for this product, and for a gift too (which it's the main purpose of the product) if you are not sure, get it on a discount, but I don't think it's gonna be much cheaper than it is already. • Customer Support: I'm this case, it was a gift, so I didn't get to need to contact them, or see if there was contact information about customer support, so I can't say nothing about it. Conclusion: It's a great gift, looks good, and has nice details, it's probably worth it if you now that the person it's gonna use it, not overly priced.

I read a TON of reviews after I bought it, so I had some expectations... 1st) It was carefully shipped. It came in a second packaging box, and the box itself was wrapped in bubble wrap. It also came with a greeting card and a brown paper bag - that is does actually fit into! 2nd) The box is BEAUTIFUL. There were no scratches, scrapes, dents or cracks; The latch is very easy to open and close. 3rd) The "whiskey stones" are shiny, lightweight, and they're not scratched or dented. They even have a small bag for storage and a set of tongs. 4th) Ahhh yes, the coasters. I expected them to come in the cups. They're a little bent, but they come wrapped in plastic so at least they're not dirty. I'm not too concerned with them though. 5th) The glasses were well protected by the velvet inlay of the box and the foam protection. They're lightweight, sturdy, and even though they're not crystal clear like the advertising image, they're beautiful in a sophisticated sense. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, and I hope he loves it as much as I do. If not, well then at least I have a new set to enjoy.
