These are fantastic for little security cameras. They can clip on almost anything without having to drill holes for mounting. I use them indoors. They are sturdy enough for little cameras. I got a few different styles.

Very happy with this purchase! These mounts work better than I expected. They hold (in my case) my video and audio recorders very securely. I'm so happy with this purchase I will get another set for different location recording, also these are a great deal since you get 2 units at a very reasonable price for what you get. Don't quite get the name of the product but whatever it's called it works!

I used this clamp to dual mount an Echo Show 5 with a Fire HD 8 tablet as pictured. Both devices are suspended off of the table top and easier to view. I have become more skilled at adjusting the ball joint for a tight fit. This is often too loose. It took some concentration to get the hang of it. I have often wished to remove the ball joint entirely as it is the weakest link of this clamp. Patience and perseverance. In addition, I had to apply some adhesive to the rubber grips to keep them from falling off.

Bought this for a baby camera mount. It had a standard screw mount for a camera and threaded no problem. The clip is very strong and was pleased that it didn’t move when I clipped it to the shelf. Simple to use and was a good price. Ended up returning it because I couldn’t get the proper angle for the baby camera on the shelf and had to do a wall mount instead. Would buy again if/when I need one for my photo camera.

Haven’t lost tension since I’ve bought them. Reliable and built to last.

Love these clamps. I use one on my camera with shorter lenses and the other on a camera with 200mm lenses. Both are very secure. No shake whatsoever, and there's a swivel to use for positioning camera. I can clamp my camera on, set a timer, and get great shots with no shake. Also, I leave these clamps on always and they serve as a handle to steady my hand held shots! Just amazing! I love gadgets that truly make my job easier. I definitely recommend you give it a try.

Clamp seems to hold okay. The wing-head on the locking bolt does not lock the ball in place. Looks like it is placed too low. I had to tighten the allen head screw on the opposite side to lock it in place. This is good if you don't need to make frequent changes to the camera angle, but not practical for frequent adjustments. After looking at the pictures again, I think my adjustment screw hole was drilled in the wrong place. I should send it back, but at $8 I'll just order another and hope it is good.

I wanted a non-permanent mounting solution for my Oculus setup, and these work perfect for my needs since my open/flat surfaces are limited using the stock sensor bases. Also the spacing recommended for front sensors is perfect for the width of my TV. These seem well built and clip firmly to my 1-2" thick TV or TV stand, and also have rubber covering to protect anything they are clipped onto. The adjustment options with the ball/socket swivel along with the 90° notch (shown in my pictures) make it possible for virtually any angle. I was able to place the sensors at any location along the sides and top of my TV, and could also clip and adjust them horizontally on the edge of my TV stand if needed. These will especially be nice for relocating my setup or taking it to a friends!
