There are holes for TV wiring to allow an electronic box to sit in the shelf. The holes are not pictured in the photo, but they are present in the actual item. There is a hole in each back panel. **Q: Is this solid walnut? Or particle board?** A: Particle board. The first package I got had the 2 longest boards broken in half due to bad handling during shipping. The finish in real life does not look as nice as the image on display. It looks flat and dull. Would not recommend this. I plan on replacing this with real wood furniture later. **Q: Do records fit on the shelves on the right side?** A: No, they do not fit above or below the glass shelf on the right side. **Q: what are the measurements of the shelving behind the cabinet doors? I need to measure my reciever & see if it filts** A: The shelves are slightly more than 14" deep and 25" wide. There is a handy cutout on the back for your cable. I have really liked this piece - feels stable and I liked having the glass shelves for things I want to display and the cupboard to hide everything else. ## Frequently Bought Together - Walker Edison Saxon Mid Century Modern 2 Door Glass Shelf TV Stand for TVs up to 80 Inches, 70 Inch, Dark Walnut - WLIVE Lift Top Coffee Table for Living Room,Small Coffee Table with Storage,Hidden Compartment and Adjustable Shelf,Mid Century Modern, Wood,Cherry,Espresso. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/106496419-walker-edison-saxon-mid-century-modern-2-door-glass-shelf](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/106496419-walker-edison-saxon-mid-century-modern-2-door-glass-shelf) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
