Inexpensive, High Quality and Very Helpful!
Last year I went to the doctor with severe shoulder pain that surfaced overnight. I assumed I had slept on it wrong since there hadnโt been any strain recently. Upon my second visit for further treatment the doctor did an x-ray of my neck and saw substantial damage to the discs and bone. I was informed I was suffering from neuropathy (nerve pain) and it was radiating from my neck down. Since then, my pain has reached my wrists in both arms but one of the first spots to get sore is the outer tendon of my elbows. The compression sleeves gave me immediate relief and fit well. I was worried they wouldnโt because my upper arms are a bit larger than average. My wife and I enjoy shooting our pistols at a local gun range and as long as I wear these I can tolerate the pain the repetitive recoil causes. The price was also a major factor with my purchase because I wasnโt sure it would help or fit. I can say that these are a great deal for the money. If they hold up well they will have been a wonderful investment.

Pretty good, but a little thick
Update: Soon after buying these and writing my original review, I got in touch with the seller and managed to obtain a smaller size. I think I missed the part of the measuring instructions that indicated the part of the arm to measure, so the right measurement had me at the boundary between two sizes. I opted for the bigger of the two, one size smaller than my original order. The new size is much better. It provides pretty even compression around the elbow and doesn't slip at all. The thickness of the sleeve is a mixed bag. With the sightly cooler weather, a thicker layer of material is nice, but it was less comfortable in the summer. The thicker material also bunches up in a weird way when I bend the elbow in a way that my thinner sleeves don't. The outside of the sleeve also has a tendency to catch particles, like hair or lint. Still a pretty good choice. Original review: I have pretty frequent elbow discomfort, so I'll usually wear a sleeve on each elbow when doing sports (lifting, bouldering, gymnastics) and will occasionally wear one on my right elbow during everyday activities. I have one other sleeve pair (X-Large P-Tex Knit Compression elbow sleeve that I bought at Dick's), which is what I'm comparing to. It's possible that the size I bought is just too big for me. I measure my elbow right above the join, with my arm slightly bent, which was around 14", so I got the X-Large. I don't really feel any compression at all. I tried pulling the sleeve further up my arm, but this didn't really help too much. Probably because of the fit, the sleeve bunches up uncomfortably and moves around a little when I bend my arm. The P-Tex ones don't have this problem: not only do they fit snuggly, but they come with silicone grips that keep the edges of the sleeve in place. The material for these sleeves is also fairly thick. One of the things I generally like about compression sleeves is that they feel a lot less bulky than wearing a wrap, but these don't really have that advantage. I'm thinking about returning these and trying the smaller size, though I'm not sure if I should just move on to a different brand.

did not help
I've been having elbow pain that has been waking me up at night, so I was hoping these sleeves would do the trick. However, they made the pain worse, so I sent them back. I don't think the problem is the product though, maybe just my type of pain? (nerve vs. muscle pain) The fabric is good quality and they fit well. It is thick, though, and will probably not fit under clothing, if you need that feature. Worth a try if you know this will help your pain and don't care if they show.

Works well and gives great support
I recommend these compression sleeves, I had a pulled muscle just below the elbow joint, and these sleeves helped tremendously during recovery.

Not to tight and woven fabric is slightly breathable.
Over the past several weeks the symptoms of lateral epicondilytis crept up me until around July 4th be very painful. I order this in tan to wear alone through the night or together under the Tomight flexible brace for tennis elbow. Neither is too expensive, $30 total for both. A plus that you get a pair of each. I prefer the woven fabric over neopreme as Florida Gulf coast is already hot enough. I wear this under the adjustable brace for comfort as I find all support aids with velcro to be too binding to be worn directly against the skin no matter which brand. I am not looking for complete immobilization just light to moderate compression and support as I still need to function during the day. I usually wear just the tan sleeve alone while sleeping or napping. I only had this for slightly less than 24 hours and my pain level is easily 50-80% less already. I will wear it for 3-4 hours then remove it for at least a couple of hours before using it again. I am no athelete by any stretch. Just 60 year old fat grandma that works at a computer 8-12 hours a day at a sucky call center job. I measured and got the extra large because I did not want it to be too tight. I plan on machine washing in a laundry bag in cold water and line drying it, just like I do my other assortment of knee, ankle, wrist, and shoulder braces. Yeah getting older can suck but I can still get by.

Excellent well made product with even better customer service.
I bought a copper sleeve on Amazon for half the price (not really though since only one was included) and that item was completely worthless. Especially compared to the quality of these sleeves. The sleeves are well made and appear very durable. The only problem I have with them was my bicep and middle of my arm prevented me from using them comfortably as everything up to the elbow joint was comfortable but after that was far too tight. I measured my arm in the middle of the joint with my arm straight and it measured 14.25" so I ordered the X-Large. I would recommended measuring 3 inches above the joint with your arm straight to avoid the problem I had. Unfortunately they don't currently make a XXL so couldn't exchange them for a larger size. I responded to the email they had sent asking if I was satisfied and said what the issue was. Sharon immediately gave me a full refund and apologized. She said they will consider making a larger size and if they do make a XXL I will certainly order again. I would recommend ordering one size larger if you measure in the middle of your elbow or measure 3 inches up an order the corresponding size if your arm is smaller than mine of course.
